President Jacob Zuma will on Thursday, 11 September 2014, officially open the state-of-the-art Kensington High School in Cape Town, in the Western Cape as part of government’s Accelerated Schools Infrastructure Delivery Initiative (ASIDI) and the national infrastructure development programme.
The ASIDI initiative is a direct response to infrastructure needs facing South African schools, particularly those in rural communities and has to date delivered 78 schools since its inception in 2011.
