President Jacob Zuma will launch the Stanley Nqobizizwe Nkosi Sinter Plant in Hotazel, Northern Cape. The plant is part of Kalagadi Manganese, a Black Economic Empowerment company holding a right to mine manganese on various farms in the Northern Cape province.
The company invested in excess of R3 billion to build the plant, and during the construction phase of this plant more than 2 800 jobs were created.
