President Jacob Zuma will address a formal sitting of the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) on Thursday, 6 November 2014.
The address forms part of the President’s annual attendance to the NCOP and will be held under the theme “Celebrating 20 years of a Democratic Parliament – together moving the NCOP forward as a vanguard of the interests of provinces.”
