President Jacob Zuma will on Thursday, 5 March 2015, deliver the annual address to the National House of Traditional Leaders (NHTL) at the Old Assembly Chamber, Parliament in Cape Town.
The event is organized in terms of section 8 (1) (b) of the National House of Traditional Leaders Act, 2009 (Act 22 of 2009).
The address to the NHTL marks the policy guide to the Institution of Traditional Leadership, wherein the programmes of action are developed.
