Today, Tuesday 3 December, Premier Helen Zille will attend a commemoration of International Day for Persons with Disabilities being hosted by the City of Cape Town, University of the Western Cape (UWC) and Western Cape Network on Disability in Belville. Premier Zille will make a short appearance as a speaker during the programme.
