Mahumapelo meets Community Development Workers – hands over Tablets
Premier Supra Mahumapelo of the North West Province will tomorrow, Wednesday, 14 March 2018 have a meeting with more than 200 Community Development Workers (CDWs) employed by Office of the Premier, to discuss amongst others the successes of this programme and challenges they continue to experience while rendering services across the province.
Premier Mahumapelo will also hand over Tablets to each of these workers, this as part of the province’s effort to enable them to record and report their daily work without any limitations.
This effort is also in line with the pronouncement by Premier Mahumapelo who had stressed the need to improve the Office’s capacity to deliver its mandate of focusing 80% of its work on Performance Monitoring, Evaluation and Intervention, and only 20% on administration.
