Premier Supra Mahumapelo addresses Madikizela-Mandela memorial service in Botswana, 11 Apr

Premier Supra Mahumapelo of the North West Province will on Wednesday, 11 April 2018, address a memorial service planned by the South African High Commission together with the Association of South Africans in Botswana, in honour of the late Mama Winnie Madikizela-Mandela.

Mahumapelo has received the invitation to attend and address the memorial service from the South African High Commissioner, H.E. Ms Rosemary Mashaba, which will be held as follows.

Venue: Tsholofelo Primary School, Gaborone, Botswana

The memorial service in Botswana is part of the week-long mourning activities organised world-wide to remember Mama Winnie Madikizela-Mandela for her role in the struggle for South Africa’s freedom. The service is expected to be addressed by amongst others, the Botswana’s Minister of Nationality, Immigration and Gender Affairs and the Mayor of Gaborone.
