Gauteng Premier David Makhura will tomorrow deliver his maiden Budget Vote speech for the 2014/15 financial year at the Gauteng Legislature.
In his speech, Premier Makhura will outline how the Office of the Premier will lead the province in the implementation of the programme for radical social and economic transformation.
