Premier Mokgoro to lead PCA inception
North West Premier, Prof Job Mokgoro will today give an inception address for the Provincial Council on AIDS at a session organized to also discuss and finalize a number of aspects necessary for the functionality of the PCA. Amongst other issues to be discussed are organizational establishment or structure of the PCA, donor coordination and civil society support.
