Limpopo Provincial Government report back to citizens

The Limpopo Provincial Government led by Premier Mr Chupu Stanley Mathabatha will report back to citizens during the Provincial Batho Pele day. The Premier, Mr Chupu Stanley Mathabatha will make use of this opportunity to present Provincial Citizen's Report to the people of Limpopo.

Batho Pele is a Sotho word meaning "People First" which calls on public servants to put people at the centre when rendering services. Batho Pele is a government initiative that aims to enhance the quality and accessibility of government services by improving efficiency and accountability to the recipients of public goods and services.

The objective of Batho Pele day is to:

Report back on citizens about provision of government services and service standards;
Create awareness about the government services;
Interact with citizens with the aim of addressing their concerns; and make the complaints mechanisms accessible to citizens during the Batho Pele Day celebration; and;
Promote access to government services and distribute service delivery report to citizens.
