Jobs for Young People in Botshabelo
Life has changed for the better for 29 young people of Botshabelo, 50km north of Bloemfontein. These young people are the first intake of the total of 144 jobs to be created at the Botshabelo Bed Manufacturing Factory trading as Kings Comfort.
The factory funded by the Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs became operational in September 2014.
To date, the factory has produced 350 units which have been distributed to different outlets in and outside the province. New machines will be delivered from China on the 25th October 2014 to improve production.
The Premier of the Free State honourable Ace Magashule will officially launch this project on Tuesday, 28th October 2014.
