National Council of Provinces delegates to undertake an oversight visit to KwaDukuza Municipality as one of the best performing municipality under iLembe District family of municipalities
Delegates from the National Council of Provinces will tomorrow, 22 July 2015, undertake a Parliamentary oversight visit in KwaDukuza to monitor the delivery of services.
The delegates will examine the current state of the Municipality in response to developmental mandates, service delivery and institutional capacity by visiting best and the worst performing municipalities to look at the following issues: Delivery of basic services, financial viability, local economic development and spending on Municipal Infrastructure Grants.
