The Department of Trade and Industry (the dti), in collaboration with the office of the State President, cordially invites you to the official designation ceremony of the Saldanha Bay Industrial Development Zone (SBIDZ).
In August this year, Cabinet ratified the Minister of Trade and Industry’s decision to designate the SBIDZ and grant the IDZ operator permit under the current IDZ legislation within the Manufacturing Development Act 187 of 1993.
The official pronouncement of the SBIDZ and handing over of the permit will be done by the State President, the Honourable Mr Jacob Zuma.
