Members of the media are invited to the Inaugural Address and budget speech of Vote 1 of the newly elected Premier, Ms Sylvia Lucas. The speech will be delivered at the Northern Cape Provincial Legislature at a House Sitting scheduled for 14h00 on 30 May 2013.
On Friday, 31 May 2013, Ms Lucas will unpack these speeches at a media breakfast scheduled as follows:
