North West Legislature to Conduct Oversight Week in Bojanala District

On the 09 – 12 November 2021, the North West Provincial Legislature will be conducting oversight program in various municipalities under the Bojanala District Municipality. The program is aimed at taking Legislature to the people to strengthen oversight and public participation and to promote accountability and transparency in government.

During the program, Members of the Legislature will interact with different provincial departments and their MECs; Mayors, members of the Municipal Public Accounts Committees. Due to Covid19 regulations, MPLs will not be able to meet with members of the public on issues affecting them.
