Members of the media wishing to attend the National Council of Provinces’ Taking Parliament to the People programme in Soshanguve, Gauteng, are requested to apply for accreditation by no later than 16h00 Wednesday, 23 October 2013.
The week-long programme, to be held from 28 October to 1 November, will culminate in an address of the NCOP sitting, by President Jacob Zuma on 1 November.
Details required are: Full name, ID/passport number, name of media organisation and media group, designation (journalist/photographer), telephone number, and cell phone number.
Media wishing to broadcast from the venue should also provide:
Make of vehicle(s), registration number(s), number of vehicles, clearance certificates from service providers for temporary structures (tents, etc.), other equipment and time of arrival.
