The KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) delegates to the National Council of Provinces (one of two Houses of Parliament) are this week in Durban to assess service delivery and interact with members of the public regarding their concerns.
The National Council of Provinces (NCOP) Provincial Week, with a theme “Together making service delivery work for our people”, takes place from tomorrow (September 9) until Friday (September 12). The KZN NCOP delegation, led by Mr Musawenkosi Nzimande, will be briefed on the state of service delivery in the province, conduct site visits to identified places, and hold a public meeting. The NCOP delegation will be split into two groups and will focus on areas such as Durban Central, Chatsworth, Phoenix, Mhlanga and KwaMashu.
