Tomorrow the National Council of Provinces will debate the state of disaster management systems in South Africa. The debate will be held under the theme “Building viable and innovative disaster response and management systems”.
The debate will be preceded by an exhibition of the City of Cape Town’s Disaster Risk Management Centre in the Queens Hall (foyer as you enter the NCOP Building).
