Mpumalanga’s MEC for Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Mr Sikhumbuzo Kholwane will take an opportunity to announce a partnership with Harley Davidson before he proceed with the tabling of his department policy and budget speech.
The partnership is part of the fundraising effort towards the projects that the department has committed to deliver as part of Nelson Mandela Programme. A brief announcement on partnership for change tomorrow will take place as follows:
