Alan Winde, MEC of Economic Opportunities, will congratulate two award-winning Western Cape companies which have earned international attention for their innovative products.
Blue Africa Trading and Munch Bowls both earned recognition for their cutting-edge products at the SIAL Innovation Awards, hosted in Shanghai.
During their meeting with MEC Winde on Wednesday, 16 July 2014 representatives of the companies will showcase their award-winning products - a new look tea box and an edible food bowl.
MEC Winde wil also outline the economic impact of the food sector.
