On Thursday, 5 December 2013, Western Cape Minister of Community Safety, Dan Plato will launch the 2013 Festive Season Safely Home Road Safety Plan.
An overview of the operational plan will be provided by Kenny Africa, Western Cape Traffic Chief. The formal programme will be preceded by a road block where Minister Plato will interact with motorists.
