Kindly be informed that Economic Development Minister Ebrahim Patel will present the first reading of the Infrastructure Development Bill in the National Assembly in Cape Town today, 13 November 2013.
The first reading of the bill is an important milestone in the broader government’s infrastructure build programme.
The session will commence at 14h00 in the National Assembly.
