Minister Dlamini Zuma to lead the District Development Model (DDM) inaugural meeting for Ilembe District Municipality
The Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma will lead the inaugural DDM meeting for the Ilembe District Municipality tomorrow, 18 November 2020 as part of her working visit.
The inaugural DDM meeting signifies a milestone towards the overall institutionalization and implementation of the DDM as an integrated all of government approach. The DDM Forum is an inclusive cornerstone which brings multisectoral partners including traditional leaders, business, youth, women, persons with disabilities and civil society organisations together in pursuit of a social compact for development.
