Minister Ngoako Ramatlhodi meets Ba-Phalaborwa community on issues of governance and service delivery, 30 Nov

As part of his on-going citizen engagement programme, Minister for the Public Service and Administration, Adv Ngoako Ramatlhodi will meet the community of Lulekani in Ba-Phalaborwa Local municipality in Limpopo on Monday 30, November 2015 to interact with local residents on issues of governance and service delivery.

The Minister’s programme is a strategic vehicle that enables government to interact with citizens in its quest to improve service provision in support of the priorities of government. The community imbizo will provide the minister, joined by the provincial and local government a valuable opportunity to update and engage with the local communities on service delivery programmes, to determine their level of satisfaction when interfacing with government.

During his visit, Minister Ramatlhodi is also expected to interact  with the frontline public servants at service delivery points about the status of service delivery and what should be done to enable them to do their work better, faster and smarter in line with the Batho Pele Principles.

Members of the community will also have the opportunity to receive services and engage with officials from service delivery departments that will be available on the day of the event.
