Minister Gigaba to engage Home Affairs managers
The Minister of Home Affairs, Malusi Gigaba has called all senior managers to a meeting to discuss organisational challenges with a view to providing solutions.
Over 1000 managers from offices across the country are expected to attend the meeting. Top of the agenda will be Minister Gigaba’s War on Queues Campaign launched as part of concerted efforts to ensure citizens and other clients are served professionally when they seek access to services offered by the Department.
Minister Gigaba will receive feedback on short term interventions while managers are expected to provide an update on medium and long term plans in relation to the amount of time clients spend at Home Affairs offices.
