The Minister of Public Enterprises, Lynne Brown, the Minister of Transport Joseph Maswanganyi and Minister of Tourism, Thokozile Xasa will celebrate transport month under the theme; “Together we move SA Forward” a government initiative aimed at raising awareness on the important role of transport in the economy.
October is Transport month and DPE together with its State-Owned Companies will showcase transport infrastructure services in aviation, maritime and roads. The celebration will allow the public to gain more knowledge on how these entities benefit the economy as well as how to ensure sustainable job creation.
In addition the three Ministers will sign a pledge supporting this initiative.
