Minister Phaahla to reflect on the NHI Bill debate in the NCOP
Cape Town: Minister of Health, Dr Joe Phaahla will on Wednesday, 06 December, participate in the National Council of Provinces plenary debate to consider the National Health Insurance Bill which aims to provide universal access to quality health care for all South Africans as enshrined in the Constitution.
Minister Phaahla will, after the debate scheduled for 14h00, brief the media to reflect on the outcomes of the NHI Bill debate and outline a way forward.
