The Minister of Sport and Recreation SA, Mr Fikile Mbalula, will as part of celebrating excellence in sport, host an incentives ceremony to honour and recognize the following:
- Springboks Sevens World Games Gold medal winning squad
- South African Sailing teams claiming top honours in the Mirror World Championships in Tipperary, Ireland and Travemeunder, Germany, respectively
- South African u/23 rowing pair at the World Rowing Championships in Linz-Ottensheim, Austria
- Deaflympics swimmer in Bulgaria
- SA Swimming medalists at the World Championships in Barcelona and Berlin - Chad le Clos, Cameron van der Burgh and Roland Schoeman
- Team SA participating in the IPC Swimming World Championships in Montreal, Canada
- With special guest, Paralympian, Sibusiso Mogale.
