Minister Fikile Mbalula opens R61 Bridge in Eastern Cape at Tsomo, 28 Feb

Minister Mbalula returns to Eastern Cape to officially open the R61 Bridge in Tsomo

Earlier this month, the Minister of Transport, Mr Fikile Mbalula visited Cofimvaba in Eastern Cape to conduct oversight visit on work done by South African Roads Agency (SANRAL).

The Minister promised to return on the 28 of February to officially open the bridge that would have been completed by SANRAL. The R61 was damaged by heavy rains causing a culvert on the road to collapse.

Minister Mbalula will visit the area with the leadership of the Eastern Cape government to officially open and handover the road to the people of Cofimvaba.
