Minister Nzimande to visit the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) office
The Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Dr Blade Nzimande, invites members of the media to his visit to National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) office on Tuesday, 11th February 2020.
During the visit, the Minister will be receiving a briefing from the NSFAS Administrator and senior management on progress achieved towards the processing of payments for NSFAS funded students for the academic year 2020.
The Minister will also be taken through processes leading to the funding decisions by NSFAS for both university and TVET students.
Following the briefing, the Minister will tour the NSFAS building, to meet with the NSFAS IT and Case Management officials. During this visit, the Minister will also meet with Labour Union representatives.
