Dr Pieter Mulder, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries will have a meeting with USDA Deputy Secretary, Ms Krista Harden and Deputy Under Secretary Ms Darcia Vetter to discuss bilateral agricultural trade issues, including on going technical dialogue for market access in livestock products and developing mutually beneficial positions in multilateral fora, such as the Codex Alimentarius.
The bilateral relations between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the United States of America can be summarised as excellent and growing strong.
The meeting will take place on 17 September in the office of Dr Mulder, Agriculture Place, 20 Steve Biko Street, Arcadia, at 15:45.
