The Eastern Cape Provincial Legislature (ECPL) will this week hold a House Sitting for the MEC for Finance, Honourable Sakhumzi Somyo, to deliver his first Budget Speech.
The Sitting will take place on 6 March 2015 at the Raymond Mhlaba Chamber in Bhisho at 10h00.
Members of the media are therefore invited to attend a Media Lockup that will be held at Dolly Mzayidume Committee Room at the Provincial Legislature. Members of the media are expected to arrive at 06h30 for accreditation at the venue.
