North West MEC for Finance to table the 2020/21 Provincial Budget
Consistent with section 27 (2) of the Public Finance Management Act 1 of 1999, the MEC for Finance, Ms Motlalepula Rosho will table the Provincial Budget for the 2020/21 Financial Year. The main source of funding for the provincial budget remains the equitable share, conditional grant and Provincial Own Revenue.
“The annual provincial budget comes at a time when the new administration is hardly a year in office and we will announce measures to stimulate economic growth, assist municipalities to improve audit outcomes and unlock service delivery challenges in response to the country’s seven main growth priorities,” says MEC Rosho.
