North West Health MEC, Dr. Magome Masike together with the First Lady, Thobeka Zuma will launch a revitalised HIV Counseling and Testing (HCT) campaign in Klipgat on Monday, 3 November 2014 to urge leaders and residents of the province to undergo health check which include testing HIV, Tuberculosis among others.
Ms Zuma, who through her foundation Thobeka Madiba Zuma Foundation champion cancer programmes, will use launch of the revitalised HIV Counseling and Testing to raise cancer awareness.
The campaign forms part of strategies aimed at strengthening the implementation of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis prevention and management programmes.
The HCT Revitalisation campaign launch will take place as follows:
