MEC Mamabolo and MMC Selowa to visit victims of the M17 crash near Ga-Rankuwa
Gauteng MEC of Public Transport and Road Infrastructure Jacob Mamabolo together with City of Tshwane MMC of Roads and Transport Dikeledi Selowa will this afternoon, 10 May 2022, visit victims of a fatal crach that took place this morning on the M17 Road near Ga-Rankuwa in the City of Tshwane.
According to preliminary reports, a bus and a truck were involved in a collision resulting in multiple fatalities an serious injuries.
"We are deeply saddened by the tragic crash and would like to extend our heartfelf condolences to the families of the deceased and wihch those injured a speed recovery. While the exact causes of the incident are still being investigated, motorists are urged to be vigilant and alert at all times whilst driving" MEC Mamabolo siad.
