Minister Alan Winde will deliver his 2018/19 budget statement for the Department of Economic Development and Tourism tomorrow.
His speech will cover the important areas of job creation and economic growth.
He will also provide more detail on:
- The impact of the drought on the economy and the growth of the water economy
- Progress on job creation
- The progress of Project Khulisa initiatives including the development of cycling tourism and the Madiba Legacy project.
- Projects aimed at skills development in the economy
- Programmes to develop entrepreneurship in the Western Cape
