The Department of Education in KwaZulu-Natal has developed a training manual for newly appointed markers. The manual deals with the theory and practice of marking. “This manual is the first of its kind in the entire sector in the country and as a department we are very excited to have developed such a useful tool for our first time markers,” said the Head of Department, Nkosinathi SP Sishi (PhD).
On Friday 21 November 2014, all new markers from all districts are going to be trained using this newly developed manual. The details of the training are as follows.
