The Department of Trade and Industry (the dti) in partnership with the Mpumalanga Department of Economic Development, Environment and Tourism will be hosting the National Small Business Summit from 8 to 10 October 2013 under the theme
The Role of Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises in South Africa’s Industrialisation Path.
As part of the summit, 50 small businesses will be exhibiting, including:
- Mpumalanga-based SMMEs;
- the dti and EDD COTIIS (CIPC, seda, SEFA, SAWEN, CO-OPS, CCRD, IDC, NEF);

the dti (provincial Department of Economic Development
and Mpumalanga Enterprise Development Agencies).
Communities in and around Nelspruit are invited to attend the exhibition, which will take place as follows:
