International Relations hosts consultation meeting on Agenda 2063 of Members of the Forum for Former African Heads of State and Government, 10 to 11 Dec

The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO) will host the Consultation Meeting on Agenda 2063 of members of the Forum for Former African Heads of State and Government. The meeting is convened by the African Union Commission and will focus on the contribution of the Former African Heads of State and Government in shaping Africa’s future through Agenda 2063.

The meeting re-affirmed that the Forum for Former African Heads of State and Government working closely with the African Union Commission, AU Policy making Organs, RECs, National Government, Private Sector, Professional Associations, Faith-Based Organisations ,Ordinary citizens including Africans in the Diaspora has a critical supportive role, particularly in the area of advocacy to ensure full realisation of the aspirations of Agenda 2063.
