In an effort to support government’s call for everyone to act against the abuse of women and children, employees of Government Communication and Information System (GCIS) will embark on a public awareness drive to garner society’s support to the cause.
GCIS employees countrywide will dedicate time during lunch on Monday, 11 February 2013 to distribute important information, including pamphlets, to members of the public to raise awareness on issues of women and child abuse.
The initiative also aims to urge the public to support all efforts to curb the abuse of women and children in the country.
