The Speaker of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature Hon. Ntombi Mekgwe invites all members of the media to the debate on the State of the Province Address that was delivered by Hon. Premier David Makhura; subsequent to the Official Opening of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature which marked the first Sitting of the House in 2015.
