Helen Joseph Hospital to hosts Patient Listening Forum
The Helen Joseph Hospital, will host the first Patient Listening Forum with the aim of listening to the patients’ while they share their experiences of services rendered in the facility and ideas of how to improve. This will be a moment of reflection and engagement with the people who use the hospital services.
This forum will focus on the Out-patient services. Hospital Management, Hospital Board and staff members will be at hand to meet with patients using the Out-patient services. More patients will be given an opportunity to interact with hospital management and complete an experience of service survey.
This is one of other ways the hospital is pledging commitment to public service and bringing services to the people through consultation and redress.
