Gauteng Health to commemorate Burns Awareness Week Campaign

In commemoration of the Burns Awareness Week the Gauteng Department of Health together with the City of Joburg Fire Department will tomorrow take part in the Burns Awareness Campaign at Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital.  

The National Burns Awareness Week runs from 6 to 12 May 2018.  The hospital runs a campaign annually with the Burns Unit during the Burns Awareness Week.

This year the hospital will partner with Department’s Forensic Medical Services and Fire Department to run educational campaign within and outside the hospital.
