Gauteng Premier, Nomvula Mokonyane, together with Sedibeng Executive Mayor, Simon Mofokeng will lead the provincial celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities at the Vereeniging City Hall in Sedibeng.
The annual observance of this day aims to promote an understanding of disability rights and mobilise support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities.
This year's event will be held under the theme: "Kuyasheshwa: Breaking barriers, open doors: for an inclusive society for all".
