The Free State province shall during the period 15 to 20 April 2015, host the China in South Africa Free State Week.
The hosting of the China in SA Week is pursuant to the decisions of His Excellency President, Mr Jacob Zuma, and the President of the People’s Republic of China, His Excellency President Xi Jinping declared 2015 as the Year of China in South Africa.
The Free State province shall during the China in SA Free State Week, host our Chinese co-operating provinces, towns/ cities, and universities with which the Free State province has had relations under various Premiers since 1994 to date.
The objective of the hosting of the China in SA Free State Week is to use this opportunity for further promoting economic and trade; tourism, and strengthen co- operation in the areas including but not limited to education, agriculture, and other industries,
The Chinese Delegations shall include businesses and companies in their provinces that may wish to invest in our province, and their citizens who may wish to undertake a Tour to our province.
