Closing Tourism Month on a high note
As the curtain comes down on an exciting Tourism Month, the Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs will host a signature event at the resort overlooking Gariep Dam in Xhariep District of the Free State.
Two hundred (200) guests drawn from tourism industry across the Free State including tourism product owners, tour operators, tour guides and other stakeholders will grace the occasion.
The 2019 Tourism Month with theme is “Tourism and Jobs-Batter Future for ALL”, which was launch by Minister Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane on the 22/08/19 in KZN. The Premier of the Free State, Mme Sisi Ntombela and the Executive Members will accompany MEC for DESTEA Makalo Mohale as he outlines the offerings of the Free State to tourist and travelers.
