The Honourable Minister of Police, Mr Nathi Mthethwa accompanied by National Commissioner, General Riah Phiyega will be conducting a firearm destruction that will take place in KwaZulu-Natal province.
The province will be destroying all those firearms that were recovered during various operations in the province and of which cases were finalised. This exercise is in line with the International Firearm Destruction Day.
