Deputy President Kgalema Motlanthe as chair of the South African National Aids Council (SANAC) will on Tuesday, 8 October 2013, attend and chair a plenary meeting at Phokeng, Rustenburg, North West province.
The South African National Aids Council (SANAC) is a multi-sectoral body established to drive a national programme in response to HIV and TB.
At the end of the plenary meeting, Deputy President Motlanthe will then visit the Tapologo HIV and AIDS Centre - a hospice facility for people living with HIV.
