Deputy Minister for Women, Children and People with Disabilities, Honorable Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu hands over of R1,3 million cheque to the South African National Council for the Blind

The Deputy Minister for Women, Children and People with Disabilities, Honorable Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu, in partnership with MTN Foundation SA, will hand over the R1,3 million cheque to the SA National Council for the Blind, which is aimed at enhancing the upgrading and extension of the Optima College.

The South African National Council for the Blind, through a network of over 100 member organisations, serves, supports and facilitates the prevention of blindness, rehabilitation, community development, training and education of South Africans with visual impairments.
