As part of promoting, and sharing, the joy of reading books in correctional centres, Correctional Services Minister Sibusiso Ndebele is calling on society to donate constructive books to correctional Centres during National Book Week (NBW) from 2 to 7 September 2013.
In partnership with the South African Book Development Council and the Department of Arts and Culture, Minister Ndebele will join the nationwide NBW 2013 celebrations in Port Elizabeth tomorrow.
